Tamara Conniff is Partner and CEO of AMR. She has served in a number of high-profile leadership roles in the music industry, most recently as EVP Business Affairs for Jay-Z’ Roc Nation Music Publishing. During her term, Roc Nation Publishing picked up a number of Grammy awards, including Song and Record of the Year and Best R&B Song. Conniff also launched two successful joint ventures in Nashville: Rhythm House with award-winning hit songwriter Jesse Frasure and Home Team Publishing with country superstar Thomas Rhett. Previous positions include COO of Artist Publishing Group scoring hits with Maroon 5, Pitbull, Flo Rida, David Guetta, Enrique Iglesias, and Justin Bieber and  President of Music Services for Front Line Management/Ticketmaster under Irving Azoff. She started her career as a journalist and was the first woman and youngest person to ever hold the position of Editor-in-Chief at Billboard. Under her leadership the magazine won Folio’s prestigious Eddie Award for Editorial Excellence for the first time and she was responsible for launching the Women in Music brand.

As Partner and CFO of AMR, Steve Reinstadtler is responsible for catalog acquisitions, financing, tracking and reporting. Prior to AMR, Steve was a Partner at SR Capital Advisors and a pioneer in the growing field of boutique private equity firms known as Independent Sponsors. SR Capital partnered with leading institutional investors to acquire businesses with strong growth potential in the media, entertainment and communications sectors. Prior to SR Capital, Steve served as Co-Head of TD Capital in New York, where his group deployed approximately $1B in private equity and mezzanine investments, with a focus on recurring-revenue businesses, consistently generating top quartile returns. TD Capital was the private equity arm of The Toronto-Dominion Bank. Steve serves on the Board of Directors of The Fund for College Auditions, which provides opportunities for disadvantaged young people to use their talent and passion for musical theater to gain admission and scholarships to leading colleges and universities. Steve previously served on the Board of Advisors of WFUV, New York City’s leading radio station featuring alternative and emerging recording artists.

Jonathan McHugh is AMR's Senior Advisor Creative & Sync/Board Member. He has held senior positions at Universal Music Group, Sony, Zomba and New Line Cinema. His is also an acclaimed independent filmmaker, producer and TV/film music supervisor. Most recently, he directed “Long Live Rock...Celebrate the Chaos” and “Cosplay Universe,” and produced the Muhammad Ali documentary “City of Ali.” He has music supervised and produced seventy-five films & TV series including Janis Joplin’s highly regarded documentary, “Janis: Little Girl Blue,” Lionsgate‘s “Snoop Dogg‘s Hood of Horror,“ “Repo The Genetic Opera” (starring Sarah Brightman) Lifetime’s “Flying By” (starring Billy Ray Cyrus) and the Discovery TV’s “Battle Ground Earth” (starring Ludacris & Tommy Lee.) McHugh is a former Grammy Trustee and President of the LA Chapter, Producers Guild Documentary jury member and Secretary and co-founder of the Guild of Music Supervisors.

In her role as VP, Business Affairs & Administration, Lydia Yerrick works closely with AMR’s leadership, to oversee rights acquisition agreements, offer due diligence support, negotiate songwriter and artist development deals, handle all aspects of new deal processing, and oversee ongoing administration of AMR’s growing roster of songwriters, artists, and acquired assets. Prior to AMR, Lydia held key copyright, A&R administration, licensing and business affairs roles at BMG, EMI, Concord and Roc Nation.  She holds a B.A. from UCLA and a J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she served as Associate Editor of the Law Review, and is licensed to practice law in California and Tennessee.

Justin Mandel is our Manager of Social Media & Royalty Analysis. His previous roles in leadership and ability to take on any challenge has made him a great team player. Having the background of influencer marketing with the music discovery platform Discz and financial services with LPL financial, Justin has been able adapt quickly.  Justin is very passionate about artist discovery and runs various platforms with nearly 50k followers.
